I never noticed a genre named "Bizarro Fiction". This story seem very disturbing, but I am curious to read it. Do you like this genre?

I'm fascinated by the genre, although I haven't quite decided whether I actually like it or not, still feeling it out. I'm noticing a trend where I REALLY love certain authors but other authors bore me to tears, no matter how bizarre the story (I think they try too hard, maybe?). Just finished this one and it was okay, nothing memorable. If you decide to join me in the realm of the bizarre, check out Brian Allen Carr--he knows what he's doing. Motherfucking Sharks and The Last Horror Novel in the History of the World are epic.Don't try bizarro if you're offended by language or gross things. And if you try it and don't like it, the best part is all the books tend to be really short. :)
Thanks Cari. Actually this is a new genre for me, but I would try. So I think I'll follow you in this realm and I'll start with these two books of Brian Allen Carr, asap. The language does not bother me so much and the plot of these two is very interesting.
I'll have to read them in english, because I don't think there is an italian translation, but I'm practicing. :)
