Oh yeah, also had the thought that while the cliffhanger and news that this was going to be at least a six book series, -really pissed me off, it didn’t even hold that much appeal for me to want to wait on pins and needles for them to come out, whenever the fuck they will..

So if I forget this and never come back, it’s fine and I won’t lose sleep over it.

I can’t even say this was barely a three stars worth rating

There was just a bunch of shit that annoyed me to no end, esp the more I think on it after finishing. Somehow, I managed to read most* of it. The advertised “slow burn” can fuck off into the fires of hell.

Pro? I can now go back to looking for a *good* book to get into that hopefully not shitty.

Reread some of the more.. honest reviews.

They did make me feel better about that damn cliffhanger.
I’d much rather read a BETTER written story than wait for this long ass book and it’s long ass sequels.

I hate when books end abruptly when there’s a shitload more pages left but it’s all a bunch of shit like excerpts from other books I care nothing about.

So I thought it was getting better but the level of cringe sprinkled about is getting ridiculous and annoying. I’m almost glad the sequel to this book isn’t out yet. Another long ass book to read isn’t what I’m looking forward to any time soon.

At worst, it’s another shitty book to add to the overwhelming pile of trash books I’ve had the misfortune of reading over the years.

At best, it turns out to be worth four stars at least, and wouldn’t even mind a cliffhanger.

The reviews are not good.

Prob end up skim reading this anyways while I continue my search for a proper good series to get into. Instead of these barely three stars or less kind of shit books.

Also this book and many others have been in my want to reads list for too long and has got to go.
