The writing is good. Not crazy about the setup but starting to enjoy the chemistry between the two characters.

I’m struggling with the setup, there is no way in hell that a landlord could just move someone in like this, without notice, written and verbal and without permission. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen and really breaks reality for me.
