First substantial interaction with H and h outside the mystery. It’s good don’t get me wrong just not a normal knight book. So if you want to read her, start with another of her awesome books. I’ll be reading another older series of hers later this month.

Ok I figured what’s bugging me about this book. Whole written very engaging and well, this is my first Eliza Knight book that I wouldn’t consider a romance. It’s a mystery book with a romance side story. So please check her out. She is a fantastic highlands author but this one is just not what I’d classify as a HR but instead a mystery.

Eliza Knight is so enjoyable. I’m so late finishing up the last book in this series and she has 2 new books coming out the next few months for two others highlands series.
