Sorry for being even less active than usual on here. I had knee replacement surgery last Monday and as with my other knee last year, I've been unable to read. Just sleepy or zero attention span. So the days are pretty monotonous with PT exercises and watching TV. It's unfortunate as you'd think this would be the ideal time to read. I think I can get back to it a bit now so hopefully will have things to post soon.

I know I'm a couple weeks late, but I just saw this. I hope your recovery has gone smoothly and you've gotten over the most boring parts.

Things are going well. Still have some hard PT work ahead and sleeping on my back for months (which I hate), but very relieved to have both knees done now as I've been scared about it for years. Thanks for checking in.

Thank you! The reading seems to be back on track. I'm actually reading 2 books at once, which I don't usually do. But I have a kindle-holding contraption on my headboard to read while flat on my back & then I read a paper book during the day.
