why am I not surprised that Juvenal is a misogynist ... satire 6 is making me feel very uncomfortable and disgusted. I think Juvenal would be the modern equivalent of a discord moderator.

I wanted something to cheer me up because reading for english lit is sad and Plato is boring. Juvenal however, much to my dismay, is a fucking weirdo. In a respectful way I meant that. But still he's weird. Also I need to stop reading three books at a time 💀 and then not reading them at all.
