Kilian Bartels Some of completely abend, the idea of an egalitarian golden age, concluding instead, that this must’ve been a society dominated by powerful leaders, even dynasties, and therefore itself, a grand and core of power have always been the enduring force behind human social evolution

Kilian Bartels Even if we put this down to the patchiness of the evidence, we still to ask why the evidence is so patch in the first place why don’t we find fortification store houses palaces we find a little else to indicate the growth of Frank society a little on anything remotely resembling states
We have to do away with some lingering preconceptions about primitive mentalities
