Managed to find a wifi hotspot! I lasted 5 whole days without wifi which I think is a record for me lol XDThanks for your kind wishes everyone! You guys must have magical powers because I've had heaps of fun so far <3
@Aimee: I'm in the Snowy Mountains! When it comes to skiing I've been up @ Perisher working on my somewhat fickle hand-eye coordination.
I never knew Australia had snow on any of their mountains. I looked them up and saw a lot of pictures and read the history of the area. I love learning new things about the world through my my GR friends. I've been learning about Dubai and Pakistan most recently through two other GR friends.
@Aimee: Going to the Snowy Mountains is the only chance for an Aussie like me to see snow in the winter! The closest thing I get to snow in Sydney is a light coat of frost on the grass in the mornings. The 7 hour drive to the mountains is totally worth it, though - it's our chance to ski, toboggan, build snowmen, & listen to the Frozen movie soundtrack on repeat ;)
