There's NO way the Autarch isn't Thomas but this is also way earlier in the book than I'd expect Alice to find him so either a chunk of it is them trying to figure out how to force their way out OR them fighting Naga (or both...)

Theory: the bottle dimension is the lamia's home dimension & that's why Naga told Alice not to go that direction 40 years ago. Side-theory: did he have something to do with the parasite/it becoming a bottle dimension?
