I can't get why on earth would someone cut themselves out if you're having a lot of problems, you could talk to a psychologist, talk to your closed one, or even talk to yourself, you can also just acknowledge that the problems are not in your circle of control.
I see having scars as a sign of strength, but cutting yourself intentionally is just wussing out from committing suicide. I do NOT promote killing yourselves I'm just saying not to Hurt yourselves.
