Hi, yes I have, I have read all the technical part, how bones keep regenerating what helps them make stronger, it s all amazing. Diet, vitamins etc, medication and research. What I don understand s f practising yoga like I have been doing for 11 years has not made my bones stronger like the book says. Just another thing I have been doing that has not worked in my case. But it interesting and has all the posture options in the second half x
