This book has footnotes. I'm not kidding.

I know I haven't been updating for a while, but I'm reading, I swear. I've decided to tackle this gargantuan postmodern paperweight -- it's so big it even has footnotes. So far, wonderful prose, wonderful "tricks" with the writing...and many characters smoking pot. Updates to come.
