this book has been kicking around for nearly thirty years. i gave it a whirl some years ago but got distracted by other reads and only got a couple dozen pages in. at the time the resemblance to Rice’s Interview With the Vampire kinda put me off. this time around i’m enjoying it more. we’ll see.
