what okay I have to give update on this because those two consecutive chapters were rly good and made me sad and happy bc :( 7-year old (?) Qian spending her whole time in US so far literally working while going to school at the same time . and then finally she just . gets to play. she forgets that and we as readers forget that- ugh. very happy this was assigned for history
