My Book Rating so far is solid 4 Stars,? An Excerpt Notes on Page 109: it ties up the ends and leaves no propaganda for the West. It’s all very neat and a good example of intellligence services working together unofficially. “That is how it seems, eh?”

5 Stars this point the story. excerpt: The theme was corruption: Everyone had his hand out and was taking something for himself. The Cold War was over, but the departments kept the intelligence war going to keep themselves in jobs: the men at the top were keeping themselves up for retirement with numbered accounts in Switzerland, while the field workers plugged on and were pensioned off with sixpence at the end.
