I'm already not sure I'm going to be able to finish this book. I've only read three chapters but there's already been typos, a doctor noticing a patient's "blond hair and green eyes" a paragraph after the patient was described as having had his eyes gouged out, and exclamation points. Not exclamation points in dialogue or thought, either. Like, "Thunder rumbled high above as he sprang to his feet!"
