While I am still not looking for love, this book is giving me all the love that I need. It is genuinely feeding my soul, and helping to guide me on my current journey of self-love and inner peace.

It’s been a long time since I have read an actual self-help book and actually wrote down whatever “practices/exercises” in the book. Certainly some deeper emotional ones in this book that have actually helped me recall memories I locked away, and some that I am able to understand better why I feel/think certain things.
