This was such a sweet ending! I was pretty disappointed when May left for New York despite the talk her mom had with her but she came back to her senses pretty soon. I also really liked the fact that she dealt with the trauma from her past head on instead of deflecting it. Han and May were perfect together and the best part of this whole journey was neither of them had to give up on their dreams to be with each other

Han's mom was kind of blunt but also brutally honest imo, Han can't open up his own new restaurant unless he finds a way to make it last financially. I am glad that the Taste festival was such a huge success though. I do feel like May should have been open to listening Han's POV and it all escalated into something so much more than either of these two could handle

I liked that May and Han were NOT drunk when they decided to sleep together, it was a well thought out decision and then May extending her trip was the best she could have done in present circumstances. Ice is thawing between her and June and this little tasting party that Han has organized is bound to result into something great. I really like that May is prioritising herself and her relationships

I think I can understand May better now especially the fact that she prefers blunt honestly instead of false placading. Both June and her are right in their own ways and I hate to see this huge gap between them. I hope it bridges with this trip. Getting to know about May and Han's past, it seems like May did want to give long distance a try, it's a shame that Han pushed her away.
