Field Marshall Rommel was a worthy adversary. Read this in 7th grade and started it again. I love this book about Field Marshall Erwin Rommel. Hitler’s most dynamic General. Fortunately for the Allies he was sidelined after his stint with the Africa Corps. If his Army was well supplied by the Italians, the North Africa campaign would have ended differently. Field Marshall Montgomery was no match for Rommel.
