Planned Parenthood's logic seems to be that human dignity & membership in the human family depend completely on the feelings of others, specifically mothers. A wanted baby is an epochal event, a celebration, a family milestone. An unwanted one is medical waste. Those ideas are incompatible, & attempting to hold both simultaneously has caused cognitive dissonance. We bury dead pets & dispose dead babies in the trash.
