It’s Nick’s birthday but his dad is a no show. Charlie gifts him a photo of them in the sun as N gave him a photo of them in the snow for his birthday. Thanks to Nick’s support, Charlie spoke to his parents about his mental struggles

The gang go for a beach day and Nick talks to Charlie about how C may have an eating disorder. Charlie says I love you to Nick for the first time while he is in the shower and chases C down the street to say it back. Nick goes on holiday for 3 weeks. Charlie has a run in with his mum and feels like he can’t talk to his parents about emotional things. Nick is extremely worried but his mum gives him some advice.
