Reading to try and find some more inexpensive alternatives to recipes I love…. So far, nothing earth shattering, but I did try the brownie recipe and converted it to gluten free. It was B- because it had no butter or oil. While it was low cholesterol, it is high sugar /fructose which doesn’t really work for my diabetic husband….other suggestions all good…again, nothing earth-shattering.
