It's out!
This book was a killer. I always struggle with middles, and since this is the middle book, it's no surprise it caused me so much hassle. But I'm so proud of it. It's my favorite of the series so far and I absolutely loved writing Clawdia's first time getting drunk, Zaide's and Baelen's internal struggle (although for different reasons) and Charlie's continuous banter.
It's another rollercoaster, so enjoy!

Here's an extract from what I'm working on today which made me laugh:
"He doesn't look like he could eat you when he's this small." Samuel smiled and waved his hand through the illusion.
"And Clawdia doesn't look like she'd piss in a litterbox," I said with a shrug, "but she has." 
Clawdia gasped. "Do you mind?"
"Not at all." I grinned unrepentant.
