I always looked at add/adhd as a different type of brain, but the author suggests it’s an underdevelopment of parts of the frontal lobe due to lack of intimacy/nurturing during early years. This makes me feel less guilty about some of my behavior growing up.

The examples of improved development achieved by adults really excites me for what’s possible!
