i have 1 book to go and this series has made me feel like a simpleton on psychedelics. the plot is the primordial form of termite art as severian bursts through location after location. i'm starting to get sick of it but i fell in love with the concept of earth's fauna repopulated by hell beasts from outer space so ill finish

Urth of the New Sun is part of the same story and has Severian as well. So, you may have two books to go.
