Trying to get through it but looking for an excuse to stop. A review said it wasn't erotic but there is sex. Still can't quite over Lorna's blood Uncle having sex with his (over 16) nieces & how matter of fact it's described. I'm looking for another strike against it so I can stop and do my Amazon review (strike #1 it's a bit of an epic and slow, strike #2 Uncle & niece sex).

Hmmm. Not sure about this. Bit slow getting going, humour is very subtle and it's a bit literary for my day to day tastes. I fancied escapism but it's a book I'm having to commit to read. Reminds me a little of World According to Garp in writing style. So hoping it will be rewarding if I stick with it.
