Thanks for sharing. It's fascinating to me how much variance there is across my friend group in terms of the top 5, or - I should say, more accurately - there's consensus about the titles in the top half/bottom half buckets, but not in terms of ranking between the top 6 titles. It's ever an interesting time of year for LitFic readers.

Thanks Carol - you’re right, this year seems to be quite an even field. Although I have House of Doors ranked a lot lower than my friends!
Three of my top six made the shortlist - not bad! I am sad Pearl didn't make it though...
