Some great ideas about gratitude, volunteering, positive intentions, acceptance (of situation and yourself), offers many examples of various women's situations (too many at times) and of the four types of "people on the boat" I wondered about those who are single (no partner) and/or are not close to family. More people/community should have been explored.
