One misunderstanding was resolved. The guilt MC feels about taking someone else's place is so sincere. He's such a nice person. He's actively supporting and loving the family the way the guy he has replaced never fucking did. I still don't truly like the ML but what can u do. I end up having beef with the ML in most books.
