who do all of the things I turn to for comfort end w me in tears??

She didn't mention that some people had been rude, others had been so helpful it made Grace's heart hurt, or that Joaquin's family tree seemed to have way too many scraggly branches and not enough roots. Not the kind of roots you would need when the storm was strong.

for an only child I read a lot of books about the complexities of sibling relationships,, i’m obviously filling a void :) but i love this book so much
