On pg.73 and its rough going, don't know how much longer I can last. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that makes me want to keep reading this book. The characters are hugely unlike able, the situations depressing as hell and the plot, well, I haven't found that yet. Am I even reading the same book that all these people gave 4 and 5 stars??

Dear God- I'm 40 pgs in and this is quite possibly the most soul-suckingly depressing book I have ever read. JC I hope it gets better.
