Okay..so when another male character was sharing a story, it was the character speaking but when nutmeg(a female character) is sharing her story, the narrator is narrating her story? I don’t know if this is the misogynistic thing about Murakami’s writing that everyone refers to, but I do NOT like it. I was looking forward to her story. But its just nutmeg? The other female characters did narrate their story..idk

I will snort this book or ignore it another year.
