i was being a hater lowkey bc why this chapter was cute

i have to keep reminding myself that i just need to finish this book, and then i can get back to the 1930s plotline. i wanna dnf so bad idgaf about about these ppl

When reading Baccano, it essential to suspend your disbelief bc these books are not written in a way that reflects the time period they take place. I don't mind it in the 1930s plotlines because I love the characters and the antics they get up to, BUT this is not the case in the 1700s plotlines.

Idag about any of the characters, so it's hard not to nitpick everything even if the writing isn't bad.
