I loved the first book in this series, but this one was difficult for me to get into. It has heavy hitting subject matter, yet I had trouble connecting emotionally at times. It was also a bit predictable. Having so many L character names also became really confusing. It took me out of the story having to stop and remind myself who was who. Overall, I like the series and plan to continue reading on.
