Really the only reason I haven't quit and launched into a huge rant about this by now is that I could use the reality check.

Hearing him not take mental illness or alcoholism seriously is pissing me off to no end but this irritation is the only thing keeping me awake so whatever. Especially because I struggle with both of those things, and both have been bad lately. Just. No. Don't bother with this, ever.

This is irritating the hell out of me but I've wanted to read it for so long that I'm going to finish it.
