Slightly unfair portrayals of Calvin and Knox, I think. Calvin portrayed as a big ol' softie and Knox as a woman hater. Otherwise, still very informative.

Calvin and Luther - interesting comments concerning women. Calvin seemed to think the issue of women being silent in churches was a case of adiaphora, and Luther conceded that women got a much worse deal out of the Fall than men did (paraphrase)
