So far it matches all the knowledge I gather while meditating and/or working with different energies/beings.
There's definitely some information I had no idea about, plus the mention of the Book of Enoch which kept popping up lately for me everywhere, but surprisingly it's an easy read and very informative even for those with less knowledge.
