i’m invested so i feel like i “have” to read this book but i think i’m officially over the whole cast of characters. Even Rhys, who I am over the moon for, is getting cringy.
also i feel like there’s very little voice distinction between perspectives and the writing is CONFUSING.
I’m trying to stick it out to 25%. i want to give crescent city a try but maybe i need to step away from SJM for a while.
