It’s the main character one again reiterating the age differences between herself as a 28 y/o woman and a high-school boy. Like she literally admits to knowing it’s weird and wrong. Why the author had to make an age cap like this and sexualise predatory behaviour is beyond me.

It’s so ironic how the character was telling herself that energy drinks and coffee aren’t ‘appropriate’ but apparently dressing in tight clothes that accentuates her bosom and butt seemed appropriate to her.
