i've noticed a lot of bits and pieces of the fall to depression, or of depression its self. she dives not the feeling of "nothingness" and that empty feeling inside. how you "slow down" how you are no longer as good at something you thrived in. the "skill regression" and losing motivation. that's really the worst. you want to do things, you still love those same things, but its not the same. you want to but you can't
