Kinda pisses me off -in a roll my eyes so hard- kinda way when one review claimed how great this writing style is.. did we read the same book????? The little I read was enough to tell me this was shit.

Went back to reread the blurbs and the reviews for all of them

This isn’t a complete series rn.
Every book ends on a cliffhanger.
The blurbs are shit.
I was hoping the reviews would spoil what happens to some of the characters to give me insight on whether or not their shit gets resolved but nope.

No sign of sav or dai, what happened to them? Do I care

I skipped to the end to skim the ending cliffhanger

Although the many many reviews have remarked on the daithi character betraying them(?) it didn’t seem apparent to me from the little I skimmed at the end 🤷🏻‍♀️

Then the shitty avery trilogy book one. Which was UGH.

Fingers crossed this book is good.
