This book is gonna sit in my currently reading shelf for probably a few years, I’m only reading each chapter as I need them in meditation/mindfulness. So far it’s really good and helpful, it’s almost like an atlas of consciousness

Honestly I can't take this seriously after finding out John Yates was cheating on his wife with prostitutes for years. I don't think someone like that has any meaningful advice to me about becoming a kinder and fuller person. I've been enjoying meditating and I feel like the advice in this book has been great but it's near impossible to read now.
