This cover is so beautiful. Curious to see where this book takes me. The opening scene was awesome--actually, that sounds so awful of me because it was a funeral. What I meant was that it was awesomely done. And now I've gone and used the word "awesomely" -- and that word probably shouldn't have made it out of the 80s. Le sigh.
