The Industrial Revolution of the 18th Century proved that workmen were capable of producing goods and services to an extent which could have never been conceived by their forefathers. With that in mind, it comes as an even bigger shock that this increase, sometimes as much as ten fold of the previous century, is the result of work performed by the few and not the many. Power resides in the hands of the working class.
