I have so so so been looking forward to this sequel and so far it is not disappointing. It's literally the perfect book so far as the last one ways. It's atmospheric and very queer and very very angsty but also historically accurate to an extent so I'm learning a lot about the overthrow of the Mongols in China and historical China as well. It's PERFECT.
