I like that the author including a bonus from Jaime's POV. But I think it is time to put this aside for a sort time. Although I am okay with the book and it is encouraging me to read it, there are too many WTF moments that are annoying me. I've finished the first two stories in the bundle, the final one will wait for later.

I have nothing against rough sex - bruises are bound to occur and that's fine, most of the time they hurt good...but for the female to be covered in bruises and it hurts to walk and the guy has none and laughs at her predicament...um...show some class. FYI the bruises didn't stop more rough sex with her right after. Still - keep in mind I'm still reading, so either I'm glutton or there's something holding my interest

I've never read 50 Shades of Grey for a reason, and I didn't realize that this book was obsessed with that one. Seriously, the author actually compares everything that is happening to that book. Yet I'm still reading so maybe I should shut my mouth up? lol Oh, there are numerous typos and stilettos that magically change color. smh

Also, she's trying to stay hidden from a man from her past who lives in Brooklyn, so she can never go back there. Um...you're a rich owner of the biggest lingerie retailer in the world - do you think you're really staying hidden?

So far so good, the author is keeping me entertained though I am skipping some spots that seem to bore me. I have a serious problem with the heroine - she is supposedly so smart and stubborn but we see almost none of this. If she could just stand up to Jaime once - only once - then I'd cut her some slack.
