Curiosity mindset trumps bad habits. The next time you feel you are entering an unwanted habit loop ask yourself why it is happening. There are three zones when it comes to comfort: panic, curiosity , comfort. When you are experiencing something new it may lead to anxiety because our minds does not know if it is safe. So when experiencing anxiety use curiosity.
