Before my children were born and I was trying to find a place for my “words”, I lived by this book. I cling to the author’s encouragement as you would cling to the hand of a rediscovered, long-lost friend.

Thank you for the comment. Chapter One has been very helpful. I was skeptical at first but journaling has been a real eye opener. I’m really trying to be disciplined with this. Starting chapter two tomorrow. Happy Reading 📖
