Garret is a great character - I dare say like him more than King.
Amber... I'm learning to like her. I mean how can you be psychic your whole life but never researched it? Yeah, I get all the foster care past but... still strange.
And again we have a repeating phrase that rattles my nerves "Let the record reflect". Yeah she's a lawyer, I understood the first 4 times.
But again: great balance of lust and plot.
