I hate the argument that because there is no law in history regarding this it’s not constitutional. Like, we live in the present. Leave it to old guys to want to stay in the past. Times are changing people, the law needs to keep up.

Gorsuch does a good job of laying out the structure and purpose of the argument he’s making. I also learned about a book written called Final Exit, which outlines various methods of “self deliverance” which is interesting.
